Really enjoyed both sessions. I think that we were lucky to have the group we did - everyone is confident and knowledgeable so it made for engaging conversation and interesting shared learning. The content was interesting and varied and was delivered clearly.

Second day more directly applicable to sales. Day 1 skills helpful for business management. Would like to have covered direct sales skills in terms of techniques on phrasing, tone etc.

Great abstract, it gives you thinking space which you wouldn’t not otherwise have. It’ helps to create a reflexive habit when looking at how you approach pipe, prospecting and network management

Some of the contents felt repetitive but the moderators' delivery was very good. It would have been even better to go through this with more client facing partners so everyone could come away feeling a sense of ownership of client relationships and the sales process.
