Good training, naturally the breakout rooms are sometimes too short or too long, and occasionally stop a really good conversation but that's the nature of virtual sessions.

This module was good, esp for those who aspire to board roles.

Good course that helps me to relook at the important topics that might make an impact on my career !

Really useful tools and techniques shared

Liz is great. Excellent pace and really positive. She’s excellent at drawing discussion and including everyone.

Liz comes across really well and is enthusiastic. My feedback is about the accelerate programme as a whole: I just feel the course sessions go on too long and take up too much time in our working week. I think they should cut down all the breakout sessions, which are used to fill time, but often result in conversations going off-topic. I don't really find them that beneficial. I would also consolidate each topic into one session (not two), in person, in the room, and blitz all the content in one day, not over two. 5hrs of the working week, is just too much of our time relative to the benefit. I don't think this week's session topic needed such a large amount of time. It is hard to justify all this time, at such a busy time of the financial year, when we are under a lot of work and reporting pressures.

Great module and made me think more and from different angles than I have previously. Instructor was brilliant

Not only was the course very interesting but it has given me an achievable list of things I can focus on from here which should benefit me and also my outcomes for the business

Fantastic course, a lot to take away and reflect on. Facilitator was excellent, created open and engaging conversations with the group.
