A good summary module to review our learning and to remind us to take action from the course to benefit our client outcomes which will deliver continued success for Aberdeen plc.

I enjoyed the course and only issue I had was I don't think I will be in boardroom, however the rest has increased my confidence and ability to speak more at meetings

Absolutely loved this module! This is the one I was looking forward to most and it delivered, I found Lou so knowledgeable and personable. I’ve already taken actions on building those A2 & 3 relationships!

if anything would be good to extend this module, could have been easily two modules.

All good. Its very interactive and relatable. Good to understand other teams managing organization politics.

This would have been one I might have skipped over as my role is generally this on a daily basis but for others I would say it is very beneficial
