Clear, direct and encouraging

Good course - would have been nice to be in person but that was not possible

really intensive and thought provoking

Really thought provoking - sometimes hard questions to answer, but made you think. Need to be careful not to be so worried about things or how to say things that you don't end up sharing in case you upset someone. I'll definitely be way more aware of this as part of my leadership.
