Just like we need time to attend staff networks we need time to apply these learnings in normal working life. PACE pods continuing would be a good thing if there is time.

An easy to follow and fun course on building confidence. Facilitators were super friendly and colleagues engaging. Constructive point from myself would be more techniques that we could use throughout the course.

very thought provoking - lots to think about. I have found it very interesting but feel that needs to be a commitment to this higher up the management scale
