really intensive and thought provoking

Really thought provoking - sometimes hard questions to answer, but made you think. Need to be careful not to be so worried about things or how to say things that you don't end up sharing in case you upset someone. I'll definitely be way more aware of this as part of my leadership.

Very useful session. Good overview, able to get into some of detail quite quickly. Not sure if I missed it but thought it was odd not to do introductions - this could have been done as pre-work maybe?
