I thought it was an interesting course, and enjoyed the content. I think the tricky thing with these types of things, particularly remotely, is maybe we didn't get quite long enough to think about the implications and how that applies to us personally/professionally. Something useful to take away and continue to consider however - so thanks very much.
I was not a big fan of organizational politics, but taking this session has helped me to understand how it can be used to help me, and that not taking part can also be interpreted as agreeing to power and to the majority. Lou's comments 'its ok to say NO' and 'Be healthily selfish' are take backs for me from this session!
Really interesting, loved the concept of positive politics and that I can take it away as a development area.
Had an enjoyable first module. It was relaxing and fun maybe coz most of us knew everywhere even before this course.
The materials used are first class and the referencing of quality reads is very helpful for those new to role
The course was very easy to understand throughout. It had a very relaxed and "feel free to speak up" atmosphere which I liked. In terms of contents, the character analysis was very interesting. I would like to make use of this knowledge in business as well as in personal relationships and see how effective it actually is.
