It was a fantastic course and a new way of thinking for me to take away and process. My only constructive feedback would be a 2 hour session would be better time wise as it gives us more time to discuss. Apart from that, great session!

Course was good but as we were running out of time the facilitator had to pick up the pace on the last few slides, but this is because we were having good chats about the topics, so a sign of a good course.

I didn't receive the materials referred to ahead of the course. Not a problem as they were shared on screen.

It was very quick overview, I like the real life examples

Course is of a high quality, today’s was useful from a more practical perspective of how to manage my workload to ensure I am able to be as effective as possible for clients

Enjoyed the brief course which generates thought around oneself - values, strengths etc - and helps initiate thought around career plan and commitments that are needed from us as individuals. We are all different and the career anchors assessment was interesting.

Maybe useful to suggest more concrete steps to tease out ideas from others. Examples of small commitments people could make like “give a STAR” or “contribute more to weekly meeting”. Advice on actions to build relationships because it’s not always obvious who is needed and how to present well to them.

Good course for sense checking and cross team chat.
