This was pitched at a good level as it succeeded in meeting the needs of delegates from different backgrounds. The facilitators avoided excessive jargon, were direct in approach and succeeded in maintaining focus through combination of energetic delivery and reflective approach.

Enjoyed the session very much

This was one of the most interesting modules so far - certainly the focus on time-management. I think if people can become actively better at using time then we will become a much better business.

Overall I thought the course and the breakdown of modules worked well. It has been helpful to learn from other colleagues about the steps they are taking to make the organisation more inclusive by increasing our cultural competency.
