An easy to follow and fun course on building confidence. Facilitators were super friendly and colleagues engaging. Constructive point from myself would be more techniques that we could use throughout the course.

A great course, very thought provoking

Really enjoyed the course and will definately use it as part of business as usual conversations with the team.

Helpful course but lacking in more real-world examples from the facilitators which from my perspective made it difficult to bring some of the content and concepts to life.
