Really useful day, helped to understand the process of escalation in behaviour and how we respond to patients to manage behaviours of concern.
I have learnt a lot from the course today and also I found the trainer made it understandable and interesting.
The trainer was very good and had a very good sense of humour. I have never had a very interactive training like this before
