Kirstie was amazing. This is my third year doing Sherwood and I still take new things each year. It is the first year I have worked with Kirstie and I would happily recommend her to anyone. Kirstie was fab, really acknowledged that we were a refresher group and focused on the bits we need. Kirstie taught me alternative way to enter the guard and gently guiding in to holds correctly. Great energy and kept the group going
