The course was great way of learning new and valuable skills to take back into my role, i learnt a lot and was able to take it all in as it was presented well and it was well executed by both trainers Ben and Fiona were both very knowledgable and was able to to teach in a relaxed Demeanour

Firm but fair. Made training a enjoyable experience that seemed more like fun than work.
