The whole day was made fun and very engaging even the listening and written part of the day. It was good to refresh my training as it isn't something I use everydayResponse : We really appreciate your feedback. Really enjoyed this training! I learnt a lot and found the training easy to follow and feel confident in using the techniques I have learnt in the workplace. Jamie was friendly and professional in his approach and I value his experience and time given.

Jamie was really good trainer with the way he explained things and he was very clear in the way he demonstrated the restraints. He was patient and attentive. Jamie also made all of us feel confortable and able to demonstrate what we learnt.
