Andy discussed the recent observations reports content and suggested improvements. Was very helpful to look at other ways to deliver refresher trainings to staff that have done it for many years.

Very detailed and infotmational. Engaged throughout the course and was able to learn valuble skills and helpful information which i can transition into my workplace and feel comfortable in my role as a support worker knowing i have the necessary skills to work with pws
