Oh my God, Mr Ben teaching and delivering is the best i have ever had, he his excellent, engaging and teaches with body soul and spirit. I with all my training could be with him

Amazing session..I feel quite confident and motivated to do and practice the different de escalation skills and approaches. Gave me more insight. I feel I could it even use these skills in my day to day life. Very interesting session by Ben,very engaging and can't remember feeling bored at all.
So informative it clarified things that we struggled a lot in ward about how to handle patients with complex needs
