Very informative and learned a lot. Gained more skills and knowledge to take further and implement in package working to support service users with high standards of care and support and working within guidelines. I liked that we were told the information rather than coming up with obvious answers in group work like I have had to do before. I liked that Kirsty had lots of experience and I got a few good tips from her like intentionally getting things wrong as a means of distraction.
