I have learnt that behaviors of concern are not “abnormal” and it’s important to find out the “whys” , consequent, this course impacts how we can be better in the real world, which indeed is making a difference.

The restraint training was very interesting, i learnt a lot. Everything was explained very well and clear so was easy to understand. I think this course full of information that i did not now previously and think it will help me with the new package i will be working on.

Enjoyable, interesting course with excellent application to practice. Will be beneficial in future practice as it is transferable to clinical skills in PBS. Very friendly and welcoming, kept us engaged but small location and limited amenities eg fresh water for drinks ect no water fountain.Response : Hi Jade.
