Kirstie was fabulous, really knowledgeable and managed to keep everyone engaged for an entire day. I will definitely think more about why people are exhibiting behaviours of concern at work and how we can address this with PBS. I'll also be more reflective about my own behaviour and attitudes and how they influence other staff.

This course is very good. I think it should be adopted in all sectors not only in healthcare alone. Thank you Lee the trainer for a well articulated training.
