Training was absolutely amazing and informative.I was able to develop confidence in providing positive behaviour support for the patients and feel I can confidently work in the ward when I came through situations which I dealt with challenging behaviours.

The course was enlightening and the instructor Ben was great teacher and knowledgeable I learnt a lot of new skills both physically and mentally that has improved my knowledge and capabilities

Jack was really engaging and kept my interest throughout the session. I liked the practical components to the session as it kept it interesting. I appreciated the regular breaks because it can be uncomfortable sitting for such a long time when you’re not used to it. There was some repetition throughout the day, but to an extent it did help consolidate my learning.Response : Hi Sophie. Thank you for your feedback. Scott was brilliant, very easy to get along with & made me feel comfortable which I feel is important as we were all strangers. Scott was very clear in his presenting skills & full of knowledge.
