I have just finished a 3 day course with kirsty and I have found a lot of it over the years I have implemented within my life over the years the theory side that is. I didn't know any techniques we were shown as I have never worked within the field before and I found them to be very effective and allow us to work in a safe manner. I hope I never have to use them however if I do need too I will do safest and humanly. Thank you and I look forward to the next time I have to recover this.

Kirsty was an absolute pleasure. She is a bubbly person and made our course fun and interesting. She was very approachable and easy going. I enjoyed listening to all her life experiences. The course she taught was made very understandable and she made it very clear if we needed help she would be there.

Kirstie was very enthusiastic, gave loads of different stories that she had experienced over the years of working with children. Went over physical training until we were confident at doing it ourself. Thank you 😁 Toni
