Training went well. Georgie and Katie made it all really easy to understand.

I think PBS training was very helpful win terms of when to be restrained and not restrained. I did like the practical part it was very helpful

Course has made me think about my behaviours in the work place and how I influence situations. It’s made me realise the different approaches that I can now utilise in my practice. Ben kept the group engaged in the teaching and relevant to work place situations.

Course was entertaining and good to learn, leant alot of coping strategies and how to engage in a better way with patients that we may struggle with. Also got everyone involved and made some good ice breakers to get everyone more relaxed, also text book had some good information in

The training was useful and taught a lot but was also made fun for the group and was a great mix of both day and night staff
