Jon is an exceptional trainer. I have done two courses with him and the energy, professionalism and knowledge is evident to see. All staff returning from training with Jon has been really positive and proactive in practice. Thank you again, I cannot wait to have more training with you, empower the staff team and monitor and evaluate the PBS startegyfrom top down. I'll search Jonup on LinkedIn to maintain the working relationship!
