Patience was required and was given generously . Interesting dare it be said for a serious course it was fun, interesting too ,to listen to other views from other staff , which is why face to face training is the best . Thank you aimee

I enjoyed this course a lot, I felt I learnt a lot more in this refresher then I did the first time round Steve explained everything amazingly and has been a brilliant trainer and has made the day enjoyable
