Dan was extremely positive and knowledgable. He worked 'to my strengths' as a learner and listened to any concerns I had regarding my ability to complete the practical training. I felt that this course helped to refresh my knowledge and skills. Exceptionally well run Regards Mary

An enjoyable day at todays session. Lee was very personable. It was a good balance of theory and practical. Brought in humour and personal anecdotes. An enjoyable day in all.
