The course was really educating touching all areas. The trainer was professional, friendly and thorough with course outlined. Overall I'm more confident now to take on my role as a support worker.

It was a very good 3 days with Mr Nyembani Handema. We learned a lot about positive behaviour Support and how to cope with challenging behaviours displayed by service users .Everything taught was very clear and we were all given a chance to participate throughout the course. Actually enjoyed what I learned as I always am a bit apprehensive. Much more informative and found the first part interesting and helpful . The second part i find more difficult but repeating the different holds was beneficial. Andy is very patient and knowledgeable.

Overall a very good day and the Instructor made it enjoyable with effective tequniques
