It was very good to refresh the memory and remember all the necessary details we learned from a year ago. Something we can put into practice daily at work place and increase verbal de-escalation techniques. Trainers also very welcoming and supportive.

An amazing course refreshment as usual. The trainers are very skilled people an d have given us a beneficial day refreshment. I would recommend it to all the SIA SECURITY in the MRI as the restrictions for the patients are absolutely effective especially in the hard times at work. Really found the course in-depth and relevant to the needs of the home and the staff team. Was very intense due to smaller size of the group but this enabled us to have more guidance from the trainer
