Good refresher

Interesting course

It’s a lovely course I look forward to every year. The trainer is also very helpful and simple.

Trainer was patient. He knew how to explain to everyone's understanding. He had time to repeat issues for as long as it takes. So that we understood the restraint training.

The day was great for refreshing my training as I only do restraints and not breakaways so it was a perfect refresher.

Very informative, helpful to re-catch on all these skills , bringing major change in our daily routine at work place . Thank you for being so patience Ben .
