This course was really well presented. Very informative and interesting. Ben was amazing at delivery the course and keeping us all thinking and interacting throughout. There’s not many courses that keep your attention all day but this is one of them. I definitely feel as though I have learnt a lot about behaviour and I will be able to use this in my practice. Looking forward to booking on to day 2 :)

Learning about the baseline level and how this can be affected by certain factors was very interesting.
