Very interesting course, learned much about how to encourage our customers in a positive way.

The overall training session was really good. Very useful, not just from the theoretical point of view, but the trainer (Lee) was amazing at showing us different de-escalation techniques that we could used at work as well as in our daily life. I really appreciate the session. Thanks! :)
