At first I was thinking to myself how this course and trainer would be any different to what we have had before. How wrong was I. To say the least. The restraint’s, Holds and breakaways we were shown were alot better and easier than I have ever been shown before and the step by step teaching of them were brilliantly done. I and all the team were pleasantly surprised to say the least thanks to our teacher and how the training was given out from start to finish.

The course was very interesting and I will love to work with Ben anything he on of the best I have ever seen in training and I'm very happy that I have learned a lot about restraining and communication and all that I learned today thank you

Felt more confident with the level 2 techniques after doing with Natalie who went round all the group practising. Asked if unsure, can do again.

It was helpful . Since the last time I did this training was a year ago, it helped me refresh my memory xx
