Very knowledgeable as always brilliant refresher in how to use the break away techniques correctly and safely. Able to go back to the home confident and competent. It was useful to recap on all things pbs.

I understand the PBS much better and also understand recording and assessment, factors affecting behaviour and many more. I also learned new things about primary,secondary and tertiary restrictive measures. Bani and Akin are good trainers and more explanatory .
