Learnt alot today instructor was brilliant anything I didn't understand he would help me. put me at ease when felt nervous or didn't understand. Taking alot of knowledge bCk home with me today.

Great Course enjoyable both Kirsty and Lee delivered the course brilliantly made it very relatable gave great examples made us feel relaxed and comfortable and went over any techniques we were unsure off. Feel like I've been refreshed on break away techniques and feel more confident.
