Very informative and engaging training session. All attendees were welcomed to actively participate throughout the theory and practical parts of the session, all questions were acknowledged and managed in a respectful manner. The instructors made the session enjoyable whilst remaining professional.

The trainer showed a lot of knowledge and experience in presenting the course. His approach was practical and his examples made the course more interesting and easy to understand. The course content was also well structured and sufficient time was available for each section of the course.
