Really useful refresher, especially about the holds. A great boost for confidence too. I wasn’t bored at all as we were always doing an activity. Very enjoyable.

Very informative and learned a lot. Gained more skills and knowledge to take further and implement in package working to support service users with high standards of care and support and working within guidelines. Great refresher, learnt lots around mental health, which was an area that we needed more support with and this has definitely been the case
