Ben was really good putting into the fact of my social anxiety, adapting things to make it more comfortable which I never had before. Ben is very knowledgeable and is a credit to have as a trainer

Ben is an excellent trainer very knowledgeable, had the experience in the sector and plenty of stories to share. After carrying out similar training through different companies this has been far and away the most rounded training. Thank you
