Very interesting course, learnt a lot and a great trainer with a lot of experience and knowledge. He also personally had worked with some of the service users I assist so discussions were very relevant to my own experiences. Very relaxed yet productive atmosphere really enjoyed it thank you!

The entire course duration was very engaging. Both trainers had good knowledge of what they were teaching, and quite patient with us. We learned a new approach to work, and with lots of clarity.
