Really informative changed the way I have seen things as the last course I was on was over 10 years ago ,was a bit worried at first but Ben made us feel so at ease and talked us through the training thoroughly very funny too thank you 😊

PbS training was excellent and also learn how to use antecedent manipulation when working with the service user.

excellent training

Had a lovely day, I am quite nervous when it comes to courses and meeting new people but Aleksandra makes you feel comfortable throughout the day. Aleksandra has a lovely way of teaching that makes everyone feel at ease.

The course was a wonderful learning experience. The trainer was exceptionally nice and took his time to ensure everyone understood. I appreciated that he kept repeating key points and asking everyone questions to make sure we got it right. Additionally, the availability of snacks, water, and coffee for everyone created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a great time and a valuable learning experience.
