Really insightful and educational even though knowing alot of what was spoken about Liam was educational but friendly and made the session adaptive to all. Did not feel death by PowerPoint like alot of training sessions

Solid training, very well descriptive with real life examples given per topic. Given a good insight on people with different Psychological minds. Practical very well taught and made understood personally 1 by 1. Both trainers Ben & Liam. Friendly and have great knowledge and know how to deliver in point
