The course was amazing and insightful. I've learnt a lot over the last few days in regard to PBS, the Arousal Model and how to implement all of this into practice. The trainers Kirsty and Kirsty have been engaging and lovely people to learn from. Thank you both!

I have done this course many years ago when i previously worked within care setting and i have found this time has really gone in. I have thoroughly enjoyed this. Both the trainers have been easy approachable and i have felt comfortable throughout. I feel confident that when back in care learning these techniques i have been taught some fantastic techniques i can put into practice confidently. Thankyou so much for all of the aspects of the course.

Have had a lot of training in the past, but this is the best one I have had, and the trainers were very proactive and very helpful. I hope to impliment this training soon

The course was delivered well and covered a wide variety including legislation and expectations within our work environment.the practical side of the course Jonathan allowed us to practice has much has we needed until we were all confident
