I learned a lot

Very good course and the trainers presented the course very well and explained everything in using common language. The breakaways and holds we was put through our paces and not just allowed to say we know the holds and breakaways like other courses.

Everything was fine about the course but the only problem was the venue The venue is not appropriate for this course

Very interactive and proactive. Really enjoyed the course - Liam was really helpful and obviously passionate about what he is teaching. I have come away with some very useful strategies to use in class. Thanks
