Everything was covered and was well taught. I'm fully trained now as restraints was shown and practiced fully.

The course has changed the way I work within my role. I have adapted my ways of working and have to more time to verbally deescalate and go through the process. I believe this course is vital for any security officer working in difficult and challenging environments.
