Liam was a really good trainer, explained everything very well. Made sure the day was interactive as was a lot of theory. Liam was very interactive which helped as it was a long day. Made it easy to understand. The material was helping and useful and I feel it could be easily implemented into practice. incredible refresher, person centred towards everyone in the room and improved all our skills and knowledge on parts we all wanted and needed to go through. Physical skills taught amazingly and ensured all our skills where perfect while doing these, incredible recap on the level 3 skills, now have a clear knowledge on these which has boosted my confidence !
