Today was very informative. Although it was a refresher course it felt good to speak on topics that I may have forgotten about. The teaching was great and made sure all participants understood.

I like the informality of the group. The theory was very informative and made sense. A hand out with all the taught information would be helpful. The practical techniques were taught in a professional way, with consideration for peoples self consciousness. I think the whole training session could be done a little quicker.
