Kirstie Reynolds was an exceptional trainer and despite my resistance and occasional challenge she was upbeat, professional and an amazing trainer. I appreciate the fact that she was open to all questions, was very open and direct with the team, supportive and made me want to go through the training again. I feel the last training was okay but this one definitely resonated with me and was more effective. If I could give Kirstie more than 5 stars I would.
