Trainer made the training very easy to memorise, felt i took all the content in really easily thanks to him, also assisted with all escapes in a way everyone could get no matter their skill. Enjoyed the course.

Hannah was very knowledgeable and engaging. The course was a good balance of theory and practical and I have a sound understanding of PBS and using the various techniques and strategies.

I really enjoyed this course, it is so relevant and necessary for our role, and for the safety of our members and staff. John the trainer was excellent throughout, very professional, knowledgeable and engaging and passionate within his training. John made the course, interesting, meaningful and fun. It is difficult to maintain momentum on a three full days course, but John managed this. Thank you .
