Very useful refresher . Lyndsey is very good at making people feel comfortable and explaining the how's and whys. Good clear instructions and very patient with everyone making it an enjoyable informative experience

It was a productive course, as l have learnt how to restrain in a safer way for both me and the people we support.But restraining should be the last resort after trying other ways like redirecting verbally.

The course was extremely helpful and insightful. It equipped us well with the knowledge and practical skills required for Level 3.
