Rachel was such a supportive, knowledgable and funny trainer! I thoroughly enjoyed discussing the theory behind the techniques, stories of them being used in real life and positive outcomes from negative situations, she taught the holds very well and provided ample opportunity to practice between each other. Thank you for an informative and not so boring training day Rachel!
