Would have liked to have gone over all practical skill a bit more, but ran out of time. Enjoyed the course overall Andy really does know his stuff. Would have liked a few more ideas for refresh course

Scott was a lovely feller. He explained thing very clearly and gave examples from his own experience as well as stories he'd been told. Anything I didn't understand he would go thought it again and explain it again.

Scott was brilliant went through every little detail the time he spent on each day talking us over everything making sure we understood if we was unsure we knew we could just ask him I personally think Scott is a brilliant trainer the time and effort he put into his work is 5star really enjoyed the last 3 daysResponse : Thank you for such a heartfelt and detailed reflection. Kirstie was a fantastic coach. She was able to keep us all engaged the entire day. She put the training into real life situations that we may encounter on the ward. I would feel confident doing these restraints if absolutely necessary on a child or young person after this training.
