A very insightful and useful training that strengthened my knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support, de-escalation techniques, and safe, person-centred care practices.

Well informed and succinct. I feel very ready to de-escalate but also feel prepared for restrictive tertiary in the last resort.

Ron used a really good teaching strategy , explaining everything with real life practical examples which were very relatable. The session consisted a lot of PBS informed case discussions along with revisiting fundamentals of PBS which was really engaging. I really enjoyed the training and the delivery style used as it was very helpful and informative.
