Liam is very engaging and it was very informative but also maintained interest across the day which is hard to do considering its lots of slides and talking. I think there was a good balance of mixed media, writing ourselves, involvement and also all the material seemed relevant.
liam was very friendly and engaging from the very beginning, the course was interesting and allowed all of the staff to reflect on our workplaces and how we may let down our patients who require further support, and allowed us to reflect on how we can work together to make a change on our wards.

A great refresher - very much needed. Provided a good opportunity for open conversations on how PBS / behaviours / structures are working for us this term - as it has been a tough one!

Great day , found it useful to apply to lots of different situations , reinforced the good practice I already use in conversations with parents and staff and learnt new skills and techniques to improve the way I handle situations
Was interesting and interactive. I will try to apply these strategies in future. Helped to see the problems in a different view
