I found the course really informative and enjoyable. Craig and Kala were excellent trainers. They made the training fun, but also memorable. I feel I have learned a lot from this course. I would highly recommend this course to other support workers.

Jack made the Course very person centred and totally focused on any questions we had pertaining to the individual we support. Very knowledgeable and skilful in the Breakaway techniques without over complicating things.
